Tatsuzō Ishikawa was a Japanese novelist who pioneered the style of novel with a strong social aspect. This vintage book is the third edition printed in 1969, whereas the first edition was printed in 1968. This edition has a nice cardboard case in a brown color. The inside cover page has “Aug 3.75” written in pencil, which may have been a resale cost as the original list price in 1969 was 550 yen.
