We’re seeking a highly skilled Industrial Product Designer with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: The Industrial Product Designer will play a pivotal role in the design and development of our product lines, focusing on electronics and water-related products. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles to deliver innovative and market-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development:
- Generate innovative product concepts through brainstorming sessions, sketches, and digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure concepts align with technical feasibility, market trends, and brand identity.
Product Design:
- Design and develop products that integrate electronics with water-related functionality, considering usability, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
- Create detailed 3D models and renderings using CAD software.
Prototyping:
- Work with prototyping teams to create functional and aesthetic prototypes for internal reviews and user testing.
- Refine designs based on feedback and testing outcomes.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to electronics and water products.
Collaboration:
- Partner with engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturing requirements.
- Act as a bridge between design and production teams to address technical challenges.
Sustainability:
- Incorporate sustainable design practices, including material selection and energy-efficient solutions, into the product development process.
Documentation and Presentation:
- Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, technical drawings, and presentations.
- Present concepts and final designs to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
5-10 years of professional experience in industrial product design, with a focus on electronics and water-related products.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar) and rendering tools (e.g., KeyShot, V-Ray).
Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
Experience with user-centered design methodologies and usability testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with IoT-enabled devices and smart technologies.
Familiarity with water treatment, filtration, or plumbing systems.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications for water and electronic products.

Position Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a leadership role in the development of high-performance, user-centric mobile applications. Your expertise will drive the technical direction of projects, ensure seamless collaboration with product design teams, and contribute to the creation of impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth and responsive user experiences.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles for mobile development.
Collaboration with Product Design:
- Work closely with product design teams to translate user needs and design concepts into functional and visually appealing applications.
- Offer technical insights during the design phase to ensure feasibility and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on mobile applications.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, and/or React Native.
Deep understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Proven experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for effective collaboration with designers.
Knowledge of cloud services and mobile-specific frameworks.
