Kunio Yanagida is a Japanese non-fiction writer and critic born in 1936 who mainly writes books on crisis management such as accidents and disasters and war history non-fiction. From the latter half of the Sino-Japanese War through the Pacific War, the Type 0 carrier-based fighter, commonly known as the Zero Fighter, fought as the Japanese Navy’s main fighter for five years.
